Adicionar o "Numero to Ticket" no Assunto do e-mail no momento em que o suporte responder.. Preferencialmente iniciar o assunto com "Fracttal Ticket XXXXXX" + "Assunto descrito pelo usuario" desta forma organizamos melhor os e-mails, com traçabilidade.

When a 'New WO' Email notification is received by Fracttal. Can the Subject of the email display the asset info or Task info. So that all the emails don't all have exactly the same subject, namely 'New WO Assigned'.0

Allow a Dispatcher email notification rule when a WO Note is created or edited
When you create or edit the 'Note' field of an open WO, can a notification email(via a Dispatcher Rule)be sent to the Responsible person that a note was created. -
