When a spare part is sourced from multiple vendors or third-party suppliers, it would be helpful to include a column identifying the Primary or Preferred supplier for that item. Additionally, since some vendors use their own item numbers or SKUs for a manufacturer's part number, it would be beneficial to have a Third-Party Item Number field to capture this information. (See attached example)
