Current problems with the Custom Randing Functionality:
While customers can set-up a custom URL, the system automatically reverts to the standard Fracttal URL when trying to reset a user password (i.e it looses the custom url)
While a customer can have their log embedded in the login page, there are still significant Fracttal branded links, including the "Forgot Password", "Create Account", "technical Support", "Terms and Conditions" and Privacy Policies" Links that take the user through to Fracttal branded web pages.
While a customer logo will be embedded on the main menu page, here are still significant Fracttal branded links, including the "Tony Bot" support pop-up, and the Fracttal Branded web-based HelpDesk e-mail
Other Fracttal Branded elements include the link to the Fracttal help portal as well as the Fracttal Branded "What is New on Fracttal One" pop-up
This list may not be exhaustive but highlights the main elements that are currently working against the idea of a custom branded solution. Should Fracttal want to offer a "White Branded" version of the solution, all these issues will have to be dealtt with.
As an interim step, Fracttal may consider offering a Co-Branded solution where the customer brand is prominently displayed, but with a by-line such as "Powered by Fracttal" which will provide transparency, without having to modify all the Fracttal branded links.
