Each user, business, process, company, has specific needs in terms of KPI, focus interests, data summary, reporting, etc. Each one should then be able to tailor the main dashboard to its needs. That should include layout changes (move and resize individual KPIs, adjust font size, select data to be shown as % and/or values), add specific indicators according to focus (corrective or preventive maintenance, general department performance, assets status, costs indicators, planning dashboard, etc.)
Current BI tool is still too restrictive.
